ADVERTISING WITH BAAM AT THE GEM

ARE YOU LOOKING TO REACH A NEW AUDIENCE?

That is over 45,000 impressions in one year! 

Q: How much does it cost and what does my business get?

A: To ensure maximum exposure for each business, we limit our pre-show on-screen advertising to a 5 minute block of advertising, which is repeated 3 times:

$5,000 VISIONARY:  30- second VIDEO plus become a leading event sponsor for an event of your choosing. We will thank you on social media, at the event, and include your logo on the event poster.

$2,500 BELIEVER:  15-second VIDEO ad placement in The Gem pre-show and a shout-out before every "BAAM at The Gem event." 

$1,000 SUPPORTER: 10-second STILL ad placement in The Gem pre-show and a shout-out before every "BAAM at The Gem event." 

Q: Who will see my ad?

A: Every single person that makes it to the movies on time will see your ad. The Gem’s pre-show is typically about 15 minutes long. Blocks of local business advertising (approx. 5 minutes long) are interspersed with upcoming events. Each still image ad will run for 10-15 seconds each cycle with three cycles per pre-show.

Q: So what does that really mean?

A: The Gem averages 25-35 shows every weekend, so your ad will appear 75-105 times each weekend. That equates to just about 23 hours per year of Screen Time for your message.

Q: What are the specs on the ads?

A: Ask your designer to provide us an image or video that is 2048 x 858 pixels at 300dpi. We can help design a still ad for you for an additional fee. For video please provide a DCP or Mp4 file at 2048 x 858 pixels at 300dpi.

Q: I want to change my ad each season to reflect what we’re doing in our business/organization, can I do that?

A: Sure thing. We charge $50/change simply to cover the time that it costs to rebuild the pre-show and program it on all our projectors.

Q: What if I just want to give?

A: YES! If you are a business or organization or even an individual and you simply want to support the Arts, BAAM is a 501c3.
